I am a Research Specialist at Virtus Real Estate Capital in Austin, Texas, where I work closely with the Data Analytics team to deliver insights on private investment performance and to identify promising markets and sectors for cycle-resilient real estate investment.

I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, where my research focused on the intersection of Macroeconomics and Housing Economics. My dissertation combined search theory with applied microeconometric techniques to study housing market dynamics.
